Pilates Reformer Instructor Opportunity | Saudi Arabia | New Job Post
We are recruiting for an qualified and experienced pilates reformer instructor to join a beautiful, serene, state of the art pilates, yoga and barre studio in Saudi Arabia which attracts high end clientele from the royal family, celebrities, social media influencers and socialites.
Package:
- Tax free monthly salary US$3000
- Paid Air ticket to Saudi upon arrival

- Paid air tickets to and from home country for an annual leave
- Accommodation in a prime location in Riyadh
- Shared accommodation has a separate bedroom and bathroom for each instructor with a shared living space and kitchen.The building is family friendly and close proximity to the studio. The building is also new and in the heart of Riyadh allowing easy access to the center.
- The company accommodations will provide a driver to take instructors to and from the studio
- 6 days a week 8 hour working schedule (Flexible)
- Medical insurance
- Paid annual leave of 30 days
- Continued education support from the studio of 30%
- Commission of 50% of the private sessions if given outside working hours or above the number of classes per day ( 5 classes per day)
- Commission of 30% of private sessions within working hours yet exceeding 5 classes
- Quarterly bonus based on: Class attendance, reviews, ratings, retention and private renewals
- 50% commision for workshops, seminars and trainings
- 50% commision on all classes if instructor chooses to work on their off day
- Quarterly bonuses based on KPIs
Requirements:
- Age: 25-35 years old
- Possess a nationally recognized certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., PMA, BASI, Stott) or a relevant equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor, preferably in a semi-private or small group setting.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Passionate about Pilates and helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and motivate clients.
- Ability to modify workouts to accommodate clients' needs and goals, as well as any physical limitations or injuries.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing the studio and its values.
- Demonstrated personal physical fitness and the ability to perform advanced Pilates exercises with proper form.
- A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the Pilates industry.
- Open and empathetic and has excellent people's skills above all.
- Able to adapt to new culture and norms.
- Flexible and a team player.
Job Description:
As a Pilates Instructor in a semi-private setting, the primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction and guidance to clients in a small group setting. To lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes, ensuring that each participant receives individual attention and support tailored to their needs and goals. This position requires a deep understanding of Pilates principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients. This position heavily requires someone with strong interpersonal and people skills .
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Pilates classes for small groups (typically 4-5 participants) in a semi-private and PT studio setting.
2. Develop and implement personalized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels, goals, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
3. Provide clear and detailed instructions for each exercise, focusing on proper form, body alignment, and breathing techniques.
4. Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.
5. Provide individualized feedback and correction to help clients improve their technique and maximize their results.
6. Maintain a safe and supportive environment by monitoring and assisting participants throughout the class.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new exercises, and developments in the field of Pilates.
8. Continuously educate and inspire clients by sharing knowledge on Pilates principles, health, and wellness.
9. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and ensuring a positive experience.
10. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
