Female Personal Trainer | Bahrain Job Post
We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate female personal trainer to join an elegant and luxurious fitness facility in Bahrain
Package:
- basic monthly salary of BD400-450 (US$ 1060-1200 approximately)
- commission structure: The company takes quota 15 sessions from total sessions conducted in a month, from the rest PT gets 20% flat – No targets.
- shared accommodation or accommodation allowance BD50 (US$ 130 approximately)
- visa
- paid annual leave
- flights every 2 years
- medical insurance
- Uniform (T-shirts, trousers, hoodie/jacket)
- transport is provided if living in company accommodation, if not, allowance is provided BD 30 (US$ 80 approximately)
Requirements:
- Recognised personal training qualification (minimal REPs Level 3 or equivalent
- GX certificate, EMS specialized would be advantage but not necessary
- 5 years Personal Training experience
- Experience in Bootcamp, HIIT workouts, Circuit, Core (Spinning and LesMills is a plus)
- Fluent in English & excellent communication skills
- 25+ years old
Essential duties and responsibilities::
- Conducting fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level
- Hold 1-1 or group sessions with clients
- Identifies goals and creates tailored exercise plans
- Monitors clients progress
- Providing advice to clients on health, nutrition and lifestyle changes
- Keeps up to date with the latest Fitness trends
- Is knowledgeable and assists members on the gym floor as well as demonstrate and monitor the correct way to use exercise equipment effectively
- Provides the highest standards of customer service and safety
- Teaches scheduled classes, to begin and end on time; provides adequate warm-up, exercises, stretching, and cool down
- Assists with membership retention strategies for existing clients
- Assists with reaching team monthly targets
