Male Pilates Instructor | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We're recruiting a passionate and experienced male Pilates Instructor for a Pilates Studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Package:
- Tax-free basic monthly salary: up to US$ 3 500 (approximately 13 140 SAR)
- Commission/Bonus - 15% PT classes up to 40 per month and 25% above the 40 classes per month

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Language: Fluent in English (required) and Arabic (optional)
- Qualifications: Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, Chair and/or Clinical Pilates); additional certifications in yoga are a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record of working in boutique or luxury fitness environments, with experience leading group and private classes.
- Cultural Awareness: Comfortable engaging with diverse cultures, bringing warmth and professionalism to all interactions.
- Growth Mindset: Passionate about personal and professional development, with a desire to expand into new regions over the next five years.
- Team Player: Energetic, charismatic, and collaborative, with a flexible and innovative approach.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Instruct engaging Pilates classes for groups and individuals, offering personalized corrections and encouragement.
- Tailored Programs: Design individualized exercise plans for members with specific goals or needs.
- Studio Readiness: Ensure the studio is well-maintained and fully equipped (reformers, mats, blocks, straps, etc.) before and after each session.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment, always ensuring correct form and technique.
- Flexibility & Posture Focus: Guide clients through stretching routines to improve posture, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
- Member Engagement: Schedule classes, manage calendars, and communicate with members to enhance their experience.
- Observation & Support: Monitor members during sessions to correct form and prevent injury, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Dynamic Leadership: Lead both mat and reformer-based classes for various skill levels, fostering an inclusive and motivating atmosphere.
As a Pilates Instructor, you’ll lead transformative classes, guiding members to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. You’ll play a crucial role in creating personalized experiences, ensuring every client feels supported and empowered on their fitness journey.
