Female Spinning Instructor | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are recruiting an energetic, passionate and inspiring female spinning instructor to join an established, unique and community-based pilates and spinning studio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The package:
- tax free basic salary 8 000 - 10 000 SAR (approximately $2135-$2670 per month)
- 30% commission on private sessions
- visa
- premium medical insurance
- paid annual leave
- annual flights to home country
Requirements:
- Spinning/ Indoor cycling certification
- Minimum 1 year experience
- English speaking
- Friendly, energetic & passionate about fitness
- Able to create a positive, encouraging and motivating environment for clients
- Respectful, professional & reliable
- Works well in a team
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Instruct 3-4 classes per day (occasional coverage if needed)
- Lead dynamic and engaging classes, motivating members to push their limits while ensuring a high-energy and supportive environment
- Update playlist daily to keep sessions fresh and engaging
- Maintain a high-energy presence & interact with clients to build a strong community
- Ensure classes are fully booked and track attendance
- Actively promote your classes daily, both in the studio and on social media
- Bring creative ideas for collaborations and events with brands to enhance the studio’s community and growth
- Utilize digital sign in apps to record attendance
- Create inspirational playlists to accompany classes
- Create new and fresh routines
- Develop positive relationships with class participants
- Be responsible for maintaining health and safety during cycle training sessions, and be aware of health and safety procedures
