We’re seeking a qualified and passionate female Pilates instructor (Mat & Reformer) to join a well-established dance, fitness, and gymnastics facility in Riyadh. This studio fosters a vibrant, collaborative community committed to wellness, movement, and personal growth.
Position Overview
We're looking for someone who is energetic, professional, and eager to be part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate is an experienced instructor who thrives in a diverse and dynamic environment, teaching both group and individual sessions while helping members achieve their fitness goals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Tax-free monthly salary up to 12,000 SAR (approx. USD $3,200)
- 30% commission on personal training sessions
- Visa sponsorship
- Comprehensive medical insurance
- 30 days of paid annual leave
- Annual round-trip flight to home country
- Uniform provided
- Transportation support (car & fuel allowance or driver provided)
- Housing provided (shared accommodation with private room or housing allowance equal to 25% of salary for independent living)

- Education sponsorship (tuition paid for relevant training; two-year commitment post-completion)

Candidate Requirements
- Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Fluent in English
- Calm, positive, and team-oriented personality
- Respectful, reliable, and client-focused
Key Responsibilities
- Teach 20 hours of group Mat/Reformer Pilates classes weekly
- Adapt classes for all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions as needed
- Visually assess clients’ abilities to ensure safe and effective instruction
- Deliver injury-conscious sessions that support individual needs and goals
