We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Reformer Pilates instructor to become part of a cosy, supportive, and empowering studio community in Riyadh. This is a fantastic opportunity for an instructor who thrives in an intimate environment, values connection, and is dedicated to helping clients build strength, balance, and confidence through mindful movement.
Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary up to 10 000 SAR (approximately US$ 2 666)
- Commission up to 35% on private classes
- Performance bonus to be discussed in interview

Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., Pilates Method Alliance, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent)
- Reformer Pilates certification
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus, but not required
- Solid knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and modifications
- Warm, approachable personality with a professional work ethic
- Strong team player who contributes positively to the studio environment
- Passionate about building authentic client relationships and creating a welcoming, supportive space
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead small group Reformer classes and one-on-one sessions
- Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
- Comfortable teaching all levels, from beginners to advanced clients
- Customize programs for different levels and individual client goals
- Monitor safety and form, offering clear corrections and encouragement
- Build genuine client relationships and foster a welcoming space
