Reformer Pilates Instructor | Teach in Doha’s Most Beautiful Rooftop Studio
About the Studio:
This stunning rooftop studio blends desert modern design with a calm, minimalist aesthetic, offering a peaceful space where clients and instructors grow together. The mission is simple yet powerful: to build a supportive, uplifting environment where movement strengthens both body and mind.
As a founding instructor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the client experience and the studio’s culture from the very beginning.
Who We’re Looking For:
A certified Reformer Pilates instructor who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience teaching group reformer classes
- Confidence in cueing, spinal alignment, and injury modifications
- A calm, welcoming presence and strong communication skills
- A passion for community, continuous learning, and client connection
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus
Your Role
- Deliver safe and empowering group Reformer Pilates classes
- Offer modifications and progressions for diverse needs
- Build strong client relationships through education and feedback
- Contribute to a positive studio culture based on kindness, integrity, and growth
- Support with community events, team collaboration, and innovation
- Conducting fitness classes within certification limits
- Arriving at least 15 minutes before shift start
time to prepare the studio
- Assisting with minor studio maintenance (wiping reformers, returning props)
- Reporting any safety or maintenance issues to
management
- Checking in clients on the web or app
- Ensuring all clients are wearing grip socks

Work Schedule
- 35 hours/week (including 20 hours of class time)
- Studio Hours: Sat–Thu (9am–9pm), Fri (9am–2pm)
- Max 2–3 consecutive classes, up to 4 per day
