Wellness Facility Studio Manager | Dubai (male applicants only)
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable male Studio Manager to lead the operations of a newly established wellness and fitness studio in Dubai. With an industrial yet holistic, zen-inspired atmosphere, this studio offers a unique space for clients to recharge, train, and connect.
About the Role
The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the studio, managing staff, and enhancing client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and passionate about the fitness and wellness industry, with the ability to both manage operations and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage studio operations, staff scheduling, and daily workflows
- Supervise practitioners and ensure group classes run smoothly
- Manage client relations: build strong connections, upsell services, and encourage retention
- Oversee payment systems and liaise with the accountant for financial reporting
- Improve products and services offered within the studio
- Select and refine the juice and smoothie bar menu
- Lead initiatives to grow revenue, memberships, and client engagement
Requirements
- Strong educational background in fitness/wellness (BSc or MSc in Sports Science, Anatomy, or related field)
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Organized, personable, and sales-oriented
- In-depth knowledge of the fitness industry
- Open to candidates internationally and locally
Package & Benefits
- Tax-free monthly salary: AED 10 000 per month (approximately US$ 2 720)
- Commission: Performance-based, dependent on added value
