Pilates Instructor Opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a certified and experienced female Pilates instructor for a new boutique women only Pilates and yoga studio in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing wellness community, where you’ll play a key role in guiding clients on their health and fitness journeys while thriving in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality group and private classes
- Prepare class plans for all levels
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
- Engage clients and support their progress
What’s on Offer:
- Tax-free monthly salary 14,850 SAR (approximately US$ 3960) - housing allowance and transportation allowance included
- Individual performance-based bonus: Half to one month’s basic salary
- 15% bonus for additional classes beyond schedule

Candidate Requirements:
- Recognized Mat and Reformer Pilates certification (e.g., BASI, Stott, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of professional teaching experience
- High-level technical expertise and advanced professional skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Languages: English required; Arabic is a plus
- Personality traits: Professional, supportive, friendly, confident with clients, and a strong communicator
- Energetic, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional class experiences
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for helping clients achieve results
