Pilates Studio Manager | Abu Dhabi Job Opportunity
About the Role:
Our client is a well-established boutique fitness studio specializing in Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, operating for 5 years in Abu Dhabi. They are seeking an experienced Pilates Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth. This is a management-focused role—not a teaching position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee studio operations including trainer management, scheduling, and pricing strategy
Monitor instructors’ performance and optimize class programming to maximize attendance and revenue
Ensure high brand and service standards are maintained at all times
Manage maintenance, equipment, and supplier relationships
Track KPIs, analyze revenue and client retention, and propose commercial initiatives
Support sales and partnerships
Work closely with ownership to achieve operational excellence and long-term profitability
Requirements:
Female candidates only (Ladies-only Studio)
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a boutique fitness or wellness studio
Commercially minded, highly organized, and confident in managing people and operations
Proactive, solutions-driven, and calm under pressure
Strong English communication (Arabic is a bonus)
Based in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE (no relocation support provided)
Work experience prioritized; basic university qualification required for MOHRE compliance
Benefits:
