Ballet & Pilates Instructor | Riyadh Saudi Arabia Job Post
A positive and promising Ballet Studio and Pilates–Lagree Hybrid Studio in Riyadh is seeking a talented and passionate Ballet & Pilates Teacher to join their growing team.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both a children’s ballet studio and a high-level Pilates/Lagree studio within a beautifully designed, modern environment.
About the Role
You will divide your time between the Ballet Studio and the Pilates & Barre studio.
Schedule:
Friday & Saturday: Based at Ballet Studio
3 Weekdays: Based at Pilates Studio
2 days off per week (as confirmed by management)
🎀 Ballet Studio (Brio Junior Season – Standard Term)
- Conduct daily Ballet classes for children aged 3+
- Create a nurturing, structured and inspiring classroom environment
- Manage studio flow and ensure a smooth parent–child transition (minimizing separation anxiety)
- Prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals and events
- Support social media content creation for both studios
🧘♀️ Pilates & Barre Studio
- Deliver 4 high-quality group classes per day
- Teach Mat, Reformer & Tower (minimum requirement)
- Provide premium-level instruction aligned with boutique studio standards
- Opportunity to deliver personal training within working hours (commission-based)
☀️ Ballet Off-Season (May–August)
- Full-time transition to Pilates/Lagree Studio (5 days per week)
- Potential involvement in Summer Programs/Camps (TBC)
Candidate Requirements
- Female
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Minimum 3 years Pilates experience (from a recognized institution, in-person training)
- Strong Ballet academic background
- Experienced teaching children from age 3+
- Experienced in events and stage preparation
- Mat, Reformer & Tower certified (minimum)
- Open to international candidates

Salary & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: SAR 12,000 – 13,000 (negotiable up to SAR 13,000 for the right candidate)
- 💸 Commission: 35%
- 🚗 10% Transportation Allowance
- 🛂 Employment Visa (Iqama provided upon arrival)
- ✈️ Flight from home country to KSA + Annual return flight

Working Hours
- 8-hour straight shifts
- 5 days per week
- 4 Pilates group classes per day (Ballet schedule varies seasonally)
