A brand-new, premium boutique Pilates studio is preparing to open in Tabuk, offering a minimal, calm, and high-end training environment. The focus is on delivering a personalized, high-quality experience rather than high-volume classes.
We are seeking a professional and passionate Female Reformer Pilates Instructor to join the founding team and play a key role in shaping the studio’s client experience from day one. The Studio is equipped with high-end reformer machines (Merrithew brand).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality reformer Pilates sessions (group & private)
- Ensure correct technique, safety, and client progression
- Provide personalized coaching tailored to individual needs
- Build strong client relationships and support retention
- Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and equipment
- Contribute to a positive, premium client experience
Requirements
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer essential)
- Other certifications are a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience (beginner to advanced levels)
- Experience with both group classes and private sessions
- Strong communication skills with professional-level English
- Calm, professional, and client-focused personality
- Presentable with a passion for delivering a premium service
- Fluent English
- Arabic language is a plus

Working Schedule
- 6 days per week
