The Role:
We are seeking two experienced Division Managers to lead the overall performance, operations, and team culture of fitness facilities.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving revenue, retention, operational excellence, and team performance, while ensuring a seamless and premium member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall facility presentation
- Implement and manage SOPs across all departments
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (fitness, sales, front desk, operations)
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development
- Foster a high-performance, service-driven culture
Member Experience
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Drive retention through engagement initiatives and community-building
Sales & Performance
- Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, retention, and attendance
- Support marketing campaigns and local business initiatives
Brand & Standards
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years’ management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries
- Proven track record in operations, team leadership, and commercial performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or similar
- Fitness industry certifications (e.g. NASM, ACE, REPs) are an advantage
- Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and performance management
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (professional level)
- Arabic preferred (Not required)

Package & Benefits:
- Salary: QAR 11,000 – 17,000 (dependent on experience)
- Performance-based bonus

Working Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per day
