About the Role:
This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, with 6 active teaching hours and a 2-hour break per day. You'll lead both group and private Pilates sessions across a range of client levels and abilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes for clients of all levels
Create personalised workout plans based on each client's goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations
Provide hands-on guidance to ensure correct and safe exercise technique
Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and industry developments
Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and deliver exceptional service
Collaborate with studio staff to maintain a welcoming and professional environment
Requirements:
Pilates certification from a recognised institute covering Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Ability to modify exercises for clients with injuries or physical limitations
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as needed
Barre certification is a plus
The Offer & Package:
Tax-free base salary starting from $4,500 (SAR 16,875) *based on qualifications and experience*
20% commission on personal training sessions
Commission on private and group sessions outside working hours (subject to trainer approval)
