About the Role:
We are looking for qualified Female Personal Trainers to join this dynamic team. Who will bring confidence, professionalism, and authenticity to every session, operating within a high-energy environment that genuinely values teamwork, results, and community spirit.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver personalised one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client's goals
- Build strong, lasting relationships with members and support them on their fitness journey
- Motivate and coach clients to achieve real, measurable results
- Represent the brand's energetic, community-focused values both on and off the gym floor
- Maintain high professional standards and uphold the facility's premium service quality
- Contribute positively to the team culture and overall gym environment
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of personal training experience
- Recognised personal training qualification minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent
- Confident, knowledgeable, and approachable with a natural ability to connect with people
- Genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others transform their lives
- Energetic, professional, and community-minded personality
- Currently based in the UAE (local hires strongly preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
During the first 3 months:
Base salary of AED 4,500 per month
50/50 commission split on all personal training sessions
After the first 3 months:
AED 150 per session for the first 40 sessions
60% commission on all sessions thereafter
Additional Benefits:
Employment visa provided
Medical insurance provided
Uniform provided
30 days paid annual leave
Air ticket allowance every 2 years
