Lagree Instructor | Kuwait
A brand-new wellness studio is opening next month in Shuwaikh, Kuwait City and they're looking for their first Lagree instructor to help them bring their space to life. What you'll be doing:
As the Lagree Instructor, you'll be one of the faces of the studio. Your day-to-day will look something like:
- Teaching 3–4 group Lagree classes per day, energetic, well-cued, and unforgettable
- Delivering 1:1 personal training sessions for clients who want a more tailored experience
- Helping us create content for social media — you'll be a key part of how NŪM shows up online
- Bringing your own flair: if you're certified in Mat Pilates or sculpt, even better — we'd love to weave those into the schedule
- Building genuine relationships with members and helping shape the studio culture from the ground up
Requirements:
- Lagree certified (Level 1 or Level 2)
- 2–3 years minimum of teaching experience
- Confident leading group classes and delivering personal training
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Open to relocating internationally to Kuwait
- Personality-wise: fun, warm, magnetic — the kind of instructor people want to come back to
This role is open to female instructors, in line with the studio's member environment.
What’s on Offer:
- Base salary: 500 KD/month (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Per-class incentive on top of base for your 3–4 daily classes
- Higher incentive tier if you take on more than 4 classes in a day

Schedule:
- 6 working days per week
- 3–4 classes per day (your working hours = your class hours, no extras expected)
