We are seeking passionate and highly skilled Pilates Instructors to join a refined new boutique studio launching in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
As a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver exceptional group and private sessions while creating a welcoming, motivating, and professional environment for clients of all levels. You will play a key role in building lasting client relationships and maintaining the high standards expected within a premium wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes and private training sessions
- Create a calm, welcoming, and inspiring studio atmosphere
- Develop structured and progressive programs tailored to individual client goals
- Monitor client progress and adapt programming accordingly
- Maintain a strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and safe movement practices
- Provide outstanding customer service and client care
- Uphold the studio's values of excellence, professionalism, and intentionality
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
- Participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities when required
- Follow all studio policies, schedules, and professional standards
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional Pilates teaching experience preferred
- Experience delivering Reformer Pilates classes and private sessions
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and client progression
- Professional level English communication skills
- Candidates should ideally hold a recognized Pilates certification such as:
STOTT Pilates , Balanced Body, BASI Pilates , Peak Pilates (Other internationally recognized Pilates qualifications)
- Exceptional candidates with significant experience and technical expertise may also be considered even if they are currently working toward formal certification.
We are looking for instructors who are:

Package:
- Salary: Up to SAR 16,000 per month
