We are recruiting on behalf of a beautiful, established boutique Pilates & Yoga studio in Kuwait that has built a strong reputation for its welcoming community, exceptional client experience, and commitment to mindful movement.

The Package:
- Tax-free salary of 800 KWD per month (approximately USD $2,620)
- 40% commission on personal training sessions
- Accommodation Allowance provided additional to the salary

What We're Looking For:
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Minimum of 2 years' professional teaching experience
- Confident English speaker
- Positive, calm, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals
- Adaptable and open to teaching a variety of Pilates styles and methods
- A collaborative team player with a professional attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes for clients of varying abilities
- Lead engaging group classes lasting between 50–60 minutes
- Conduct approximately 2–3 group classes per day, with the remainder of your schedule focused on private sessions
- Design personalised Pilates programmes for one-to-one and small group clients based on posture, movement patterns, goals, and ability
- Assess clients' movement quality and provide appropriate modifications and progressions
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive class environment
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and encourage long-term healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain exceptional standards of client care and professionalism
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding member experience
