Female Pilates Instructor | Boutique Pilates Studio | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly professional Female Pilates Instructor to join a premium boutique Pilates studio in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This is an exciting opportunity for an instructor who combines strong technical knowledge with warmth, energy, and excellent client service. The ideal candidate will be confident delivering both private and group sessions and passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful results.
The Package:
- Tax-free salary up to USD 4,000 per month (approximately SAR 15,000)
- Commission/bonus structure: 20% on PT classes up to 40 classes per month, increasing to 30% above 40 classes

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Pilates teaching experience
- Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Recognised Pilates certification covering Mat, Reformer, Chair and/or Clinical Pilates
- Additional Yoga qualifications are a plus
- Experience within boutique, premium, or luxury fitness/wellness environments
- Proven experience delivering both private and group sessions
- Strong understanding of Pilates technique, movement, alignment, and safe exercise practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, professional, energetic, and charismatic personality
- Comfortable working with a diverse, international clientele
- A genuine passion for continuous personal and professional development
- Flexible, innovative, and collaborative approach to working within a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality private and group Pilates sessions
- Provide personalised guidance, corrections, modifications, and encouragement
- Develop programmes tailored to individual client goals, abilities, and needs
- Lead both Mat and Reformer classes across varying experience levels
- Ensure clients maintain safe and effective form and technique throughout sessions
- Monitor clients closely and make appropriate adjustments to support progress and minimise injury risk
- Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive studio environment
- Support clients in improving strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall wellbeing
- Ensure the studio and equipment are clean, organised, safe, and fully prepared before and after sessions
- Maintain strong communication with members and contribute to an exceptional overall client experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider studio team and contribute positively to the studio culture
