Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, engaging and effective Mat and Reformer Pilates classes.
- Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and cueing throughout each session.
- Modify exercises according to clients’ abilities, injuries and physical limitations.
- Educate clients on body awareness, core engagement, movement technique and postural alignment.
- Develop personalised Pilates programmes when required.
- Conduct client assessments and monitor progress.
- Provide individual attention while maintaining a positive group-class environment.
- Ensure Pilates equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
- Create a welcoming, motivating and professional atmosphere.
- Uphold all studio health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
- Stay current with Pilates techniques, industry trends and continuing education.
- Represent the studio’s commitment to empowering women through fitness and wellness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognised Mat and Reformer Pilates certification from BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT or a similar provider.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching group and private Pilates sessions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Friendly, professional, energetic and confident when leading classes.
- Passionate about women’s health, wellness and community engagement.
- Able to adapt sessions safely for different abilities, injuries and limitations.
The Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary of up to SAR 12,000 (approximately USD 3,200).
- 25% commission on private training sessions.
- Staff accommodation provided or a monthly accommodation allowance of SAR 2,500.
- Paid annual leave.
- Medical insurance.
- Visa sponsorship, if required.
- Flight assistance for international candidates.
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities, discussed during the interview.
