Female Reformer Pilates & Barre Instructor – Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Female Reformer Pilates & Barre Instructor to join a wellness centre in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The centre offers a holistic approach to health and well-being through Pilates, yoga, breathwork, meditation and massage. This is an excellent opportunity for an instructor who enjoys creating positive client experiences and helping individuals improve their strength, flexibility, posture and overall wellness.
The Package:
- Monthly salary: USD 2,800 (approximately SAR 10,500)" Negotiable based on qualifications & experience"

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates and Barre classes for individuals and groups
- Assess clients’ fitness levels and adapt sessions to their goals and abilities
- Provide clear instruction, motivation and hands-on guidance
- Ensure correct technique and maintain a safe training environment
- Modify exercises for clients with injuries, physical limitations or specific needs
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing feedback
- Build positive relationships that encourage client retention
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming studio environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years
- Recognised Reformer Pilates certification
- Certified in Barre instruction
- Experience delivering both group and private sessions
- Fluent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of injury prevention, rehabilitation principles and exercise modification is preferred
- Additional qualifications in corrective exercise, pre/postnatal Pilates or rehabilitation are advantageous
- Open to locally based and international candidates
