Pilates Instructor | Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and welcoming female Comprehensive Pilates Instructor to become part of a newly opened, modern Wellness & Pilates center in vibrant Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a supportive community focused on mindful movement, strength, and holistic well-being.
The Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary up to 15 000 SAR (approximately US$ 4 000)
- 20% on 1-1 private training , if given outside the working hours or exceeding 24 classes a week
- 25% Commission on group classes given outside working hours or exceeding 24 classes per week
- Annual bonus to be discussed
- Shared Accommodation provided with private room & bathroom
- Transportation to and from the studio

- Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a Comprehensive 500-hour certification in Mat,
Reformer, and Chair ( Preferable from PMA)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and modifications
- Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels and ages
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
-Proven Experience in teaching Prenatal Pilates - Barre certificate is a plus
-Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to Pilates exercises and movements
- A Barre certificate is a plus
- Familiarity with Merrithew / Balance Body Reformer Machine is preferred
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Design and lead Pilates classes for clients of all fitness levels
- Provide individualized attention and guidance to clients during classes
- Instruct clients on proper techniques, form, and breathing patterns to ensure a safe and
effective workout.
- Create personalized exercise programs for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and proper form and technique
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and techniques
- Promote the fitness center and services to potential clients
- Assist with other fitness center tasks as needed
