Group Class Instructor (Pilates/Barre/Sculpt) – Boutique Women’s Studio | Riyadh
A well-established premium Reformer Pilates studio in Riyadh is expanding its team! Known for delivering intentional, high-quality classes in an intimate and supportive environment, this studio offers instructors a chance to thrive, connect, and make a real impact on their clients’ wellness journeys.
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic and experienced Group Class Instructor who is confident, client-focused, and eager to contribute to a growing fitness community.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & design engaging and effective group classes
- Deliver personalized private and duet sessions
- Provide assisted stretch sessions when needed/agreed upon
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering encouragement and tailored support
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
- Support studio events, launches, and community activations
- Maintain a warm, encouraging, and welcoming studio environment
- Assist with light admin or front desk tasks as needed
- Support client retention efforts and contribute to a positive studio culture
- (Optional) Help with content creation or light marketing initiatives if interested
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is certified in either Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Lagree, Barre, Sculpt/Tone or similar disciplines
- Is fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Has strong cueing, coaching, and class-management skills
- Is friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others move better
- Can adapt sessions to suit varying fitness levels and goals
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Is eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

Offered Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary up to 13 500 SAR (approximately US$ 3 600) based on experience and qualifications

** Trainers will only teach 3 to 4 classes per day, most of the time it will be 3 classes per day. Once they are done with classes and PTs they may leave the studio, they are not obliged to stay in the studio for all 8 hours of their shift. There is a Saturday rotation between the two trainers. So every other Saturday the trainer will have off, in addition to Friday’s off.
