Elevate Your Pilates Career: Instructor Opportunity in Kuwait
We are recruiting on behalf of a boutique women’s health studio in Kuwait seeking a certified Female Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for an instructor who is passionate about movement, community, and long-term career growth within a supportive, professional studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates group classes and personal training sessions
Create safe, engaging, and client-focused workouts
Assist with class scheduling and studio coordination
Support studio events and community initiatives
Contribute to daily studio operations and maintain a welcoming environment
Build strong relationships with clients and encourage long-term retention
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only (ladies-only studio)
Ideally already located in Kuwait (still open to international applicants)
Minimum 1 year of Pilates teaching experience
Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates from a recognized institution (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, PEAK, or similar) Online-only certifications will not be accepted.
Experience teaching group classes and personal training
Prenatal/Postnatal experience is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Professional, reliable, and well-presented
Social, friendly, and confident
Organized and proactive
Passionate about Pilates and women’s health
Interested in long-term growth and contributing to a thriving studio community
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 700 KWD per month
40% PT commission
Employment visa provided
Paid annual flights provided
30 calendar days paid annual leave
Government medical insurance
Accommodation allowance provided for the first 2 months to assist you getting settled
Branded studio uniform (t-shirts)
Potential education support after one year
Working Schedule
Split shifts (morning and evening classes depending on the day)
7 working hours per day
6 days per week
Approximately 3–4 classes per day
*Our client is looking for someone that wants to work with them long term and grow their career with the studio. They are open to investing in their instructor's education and skills if they are serious about investing their time with the studio.
