Mat Pilates Instructor Opportunity | Kuwait

We’re recruiting for a brand-new wellness-focused Pilates studio opening in Kuwait in January 2026. This is a unique opportunity to join a facility built around community, warmth, and a natural, earthy atmosphere – the perfect space for both instructors and clients to thrive.

If you’re a certified Mat Pilates professional with strong group class experience and a fun yet comprehensive teaching style, this could be your next big move in the Gulf.


Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional and engaging Mat Pilates classes

- Prepare the studio before sessions

- Welcome and check in clients

- Option to conduct personal training sessions (with commission)


Requirements

- Certification: Recognized Pilates certification (e.g. STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, etc.)

- Experience: 3+ years teaching Pilates

- Languages: English (conversational level)

- Personality: Fun, approachable, and motivating while maintaining professionalism

- Open to candidates worldwide (visa provided)


Package & Benefits

- Tax-free monthly salary: up to 750 KWD (approximately US$ 2 455)

- Commission: 50% on personal training (within working hours)

- Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave

- Visa: Employment visa provided (per government requirements)

- Relocation: Flight ticket to relocate to Kuwait provided

- Continuous Education: Support for certifications and development based on performance
