We are recruiting on behalf of a beautiful new boutique Pilates studio opening in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Designed around mindful movement, community, and accessible wellness, this premium studio offers a calm, welcoming environment where both instructors and clients can thrive.

About the Role:
As a Female Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will lead inspiring group classes while creating a supportive, motivating, and inclusive atmosphere for clients of all fitness levels. You'll play a key role in building a strong studio community and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality Reformer Pilates classes for all levels.
- Provide clear coaching, effective cueing, and appropriate hands-on or verbal corrections.
- Build genuine relationships with members to encourage retention and community.
- Conduct client assessments and support private sessions where required.
- Maintain studio presentation, cleanliness, and equipment safety.
- Represent the studio with professionalism, warmth, and a premium level of client service.
- Contribute to creating a positive, welcoming studio culture.
We're Looking For:
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, Merrithew, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (exceptional newly certified instructors are encouraged to apply).
- Experience teaching group Reformer Pilates classes.
- Experience with sculpt, beginner, prenatal, or private sessions is advantageous.
- Professional level English (Arabic is a bonus).
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals.
- Open to relocating to Saudi Arabia (international candidates welcome).
Package & Benefits:
- Tax-free package of SAR 10,000 per month, including housing and transport allowances.
- Employment visa sponsorship and medical insurance provided.
- 21 days paid annual leave plus annual return flight.
- Relocation flight for overseas candidates.
- Branded uniform supplied.
- Ongoing professional development and certification support.
- Earn 25% commission on private sessions and SAR 40 for every class taught above 60 classes per month.
- 6 days per week, with approximately 4–6 classes per day.
