Fit Staff Recruitment is recruiting a passionate, certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our client’s boutique wellness studio in Kuwait.

With a monthly salary, personal training commission, relocation support, and performance-based professional development, this opportunity is ideal for an instructor ready to combine meaningful teaching with a fresh career experience.
Package & Benefits:
- Monthly salary up to KWD 750, tax-free in Kuwait
- 50% commission on personal training sessions delivered within working hours
- 3 months paid accommodation
- 30 days of paid annual leave
- Employment visa, subject to government requirements
- Relocation flight to Kuwait
- Medical coverage in Kuwait
- Support for further certifications and professional development, based on performance
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, well-structured Mat Pilates classes
- Providing clear cueing and adapting exercises to suit different abilities
- Building positive client relationships and encouraging consistent progress
- Preparing the studio before sessions
- Welcoming and checking in clients
- Delivering optional personal training sessions, with commission
What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised Pilates certification, such as STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Pilates teaching experience
- Strong group class experience and confident class management
- Conversational English with the ability to communicate instructions clearly
- A fun, approachable, and motivating personality
- Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people move well
