Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor – Exciting Opportunity in Qatar
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a modern, high-end studio in the heart of Doha. The space is welcoming, premium, and deeply community-focused—designed to inspire both clients and instructors alike. The package:
- Total package: QAR 12 000 (see breakdown below)
* tax-free monthly salary QAR 9 000 (approximately US$ 2 472)
* transportation allowance: QAR 1 000 (approximately US$ 275)
* accommodation allowance: QAR 2 000 (approximately US$ 550)
- accommodation provided for the first month
- 30-35% commission per private session (there is already a high demand for PT)
- medical insurance
- visa
- paid annual leave
- paid flights (after 1 year - one-way ticket, after 2 years - return tickets)
- relocation flight if an overseas hire
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Level 2 or 3 Pilates Reformer Certification and apparatus
- Minimum of 6 months experience teaching Reformer classes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, movement, and client care
- Ability to adapt sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced clients
- Fluent English
- Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Professional, adaptable and confident
- Team player & approachable
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and safe Reformer Pilates sessions (group and private)
- Personalize classes based on client needs, fitness levels, and goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy in every session
- Educate clients on Pilates principles, posture, and alignment
- Work collaboratively with the coaching team and studio staff
- Contribute to a welcoming, community-driven studio culture
