Barre & Pilates Instructor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a talented and passionate Female Barre & Pilates Instructor to join an established Pilates and Yoga studio in Riyadh.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced instructor who loves working with clients of all levels and is confident delivering engaging, professional and technically strong classes across Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Barre.
The studio offers a diverse movement experience, including Pilates Reformer and Mat, Aerial and Mat Yoga, and Barre, with both group and private sessions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality group classes while creating an inspiring, welcoming and professional experience for every client.
You will be expected to confidently teach:
- Reformer Pilates
- Mat Pilates
- Barre
- Group classes suitable for all levels
- Private sessions where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, engaging and effective Pilates and Barre classes.
- Adapt exercises and programming for different fitness levels and abilities.
- Maintain excellent technical standards and attention to client form.
- Create a positive and motivating studio environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage member retention.
- Deliver private sessions where required.
- Maintain professional standards and contribute positively to the wider team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years professional teaching experience.
- Recognised qualifications in Pilates and/or Group Fitness.
- Strong experience teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates.
- Experience teaching Barre.
- Experience working with clients of all levels.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- A professional, energetic and positive personality.
- A genuine passion for Pilates, movement and client wellbeing.
Package & Benefits:
- Salary up to USD $3,000 per month
