Group Exercise Instructor (Male) - Doha, Qatar

About the Role:
Our client is a well-established, 7-year-old fitness facility in Qatar. It has a dynamic environment with a strong Group Exercise (GX) focus, and a close, community-driven team who are passionate about fitness.
They are looking for a qualified, energetic Group Exercise Instructor to deliver safe, engaging and effective classes. You will create a motivating environment, demonstrate correct technique, keep members safe, and adapt sessions to different fitness levels, all while maintaining high standards of professionalism and member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective and engaging classes in line with the approved timetable.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before classes to prepare the studio and equipment.
- Demonstrate correct technique and offer appropriate exercise modifications.
- Build positive member relationships and encourage class participation.
- Record class attendance and complete relevant administrative tasks.
- Maintain clean, organised studios and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
- Support studio supervision, class cover, events and promotional activities.
- Participate in team meetings, instructor assessments and ongoing training.
- Remain available throughout your shift for group exercise operational duties.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Group Exercise Instructor
- Recognised Group Exercise qualification
- Personal Training qualification
- Les Mills disciplines and/or Spinning, or two other specialties
- Experience teaching programmes such as Les Mills, Spinning, Boxing, Step or CrossFit
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Customer service and sales skills, and good computer literacy

What's on Offer:
- Salary: QAR 8,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Commission: 50% commission on Personal Training sessions, delivered within your working hours

Working Pattern:
